On Line Bag Cleaning Station

Technocem has a proven Technology for the Online cleaning Cement Filled Bags before their Loading into Trucks, Wagons or Ships. The Bag Cleaning station employs a Sealed Enclosure having a Conveyor Belt and a jet of Air Blowing the Filled Cement Bags from several directions while conveying. This emplys a Centrifugal Fan for Air Jet Pumping and collection of Dust through a Dust collector.

The cleaned Bags reduces the Spillage while Dispatching and prevents the Dust emission at loading Points. The clean Loading Points minimizes the Health risks and maximize the Working Efficiency.
